All payments are final unless a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before a session, class, or program. Refunds are not offered after this 24-hour window.

If you need to reschedule, transfers to another session or class may be allowed at the studio’s discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options — we do our best to accommodate changes when we can.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped outside Iowa with tracking provided. Delivery times vary by location. Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we aren’t responsible for delays or lost packages once items are with the carrier. All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective; contact us within 7 days for assistance.
