Cancellation Policy
All sessions and classes must be booked in advance to reserve your spot. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 1-2 hours before your session to avoid being charged. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting your session or an inconvenience fee. We do our best to be flexible and understand that life happens — please reach out if you have an emergency, and we’ll work with you when possible.
